Essence environnementale du solstice d'hiver

The first phrase that I heard for this essence is "time stands still" and "silence".  It goes straight to our feminine and masculine energies and brings about balance and calm in order then that we may make sense of whatever it is that we are trying to make sense of be it a relationship dilemma, a career choice or any confusion: it cuts through it straight away.

It gives us strength and courage  and enables us to feel strong enough to face our shadows and retreat into our inner temple to replenish and rejuvenate.  It helps give us the courage to face our demons and to heal in order that when we are ready to come out of our hibernation, we may move forward from a strong sense of inner knowing and conviction.  It is therefore good to take on healing journeys as our silent companion and for journeys into our shadowlands.

Take when you are too busy to take and need to carve some calm and quiet space out of  your busy day for meditation or just to relax.  It provides time out and brings, peace, calm, tranquility, calming the nervous system and the brain to bring clarity and time out of the mental chatter.
